Responsibilities

• Coach salespeople on closing deals and provide mentorship to improve performance.
• Set and track sales goals, leading the team to meet and exceed quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles through effective questioning and listening.
• Perform professional presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
• Support sales staff and assist in closing deals.
