Job summary

EMCD, a leading tech company in the crypto space, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive commercial expansion across North America and strengthen partnerships within the regional mining ecosystem.

The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, creating new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key industry players across the region. Travel will be required 1–2 times per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales experience, including at least two years in blockchain, mining, or fintech products.
• Strong knowledge of the North American market and the crypto mining industry.
• Proven track record of winning new business in the blockchain space.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems for day-to-day sales activities.
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per month.

EMCD is a leading technology company in the crypto industry, best known as the largest mining pool in Eastern Europe. We are expanding globally and building a comprehensive ecosystem of crypto services, including payment infrastructure, custody, mining solutions and enterprise-grade tools for businesses and institutions.

We are looking for a Sales Managerto drive EMCD's commercial expansion across North America and strengthen our position within the regional mining ecosystem. The role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, creating new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with key industry players across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partner relationships with data centers, mining equipment vendors, equipment manufacturers, and service centers.
• Attract new partners and clients to expand the company's geographic presence in the international market, with a specific focus on the North American region.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, including conducting negotiations, expanding partnerships, and winning back lost accounts.
• Develop market entry strategies for the specified countries.
• Build local brand partnerships with key players in the mining pool ecosystem to increase brand awareness and generate referral-based deal flow.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to improve the quality of EMCD products for target customers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events across the region.

Requirements

• At least five years of sales experience, including a minimum of two years working with blockchain, mining, or fintech products.
• Deep understanding of the North American market and the specifics of the cryptocurrency and mining industry, combined with a strong understanding of customer needs in mining and blockchain solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of winning new business in the blockchain space.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems with hands-on experience using them in day-to-day sales activities.
• Strong change management skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced market.
