Job summary

Storm Guard of Madison is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team of 8–20, coach and motivate them toward quarterly and yearly goals, and contribute to Storm Guard’s growth strategy.

The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$90,000 with a total annual compensation target of $120,000–$150,000, plus benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off. Day shift, on-site in Madison, Alabama.

• Valid driver's license.

The Sales Manager has total Sales Team responsibility. You will manage and lead a team of 8-20, helping them reach their full potential and meet quarterly and yearly goals; eventually furthering Storm Guard’s commitment to double in size. This role is ideal for someone who is a proven leader, motivated and excited about consultative sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and manage a sales team
• Improve sales systems to increase overall leads and closing rates
• Form part of the Leadership team and overall company strategy

Requirements

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams
• A proven sales track record
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency with smartphones, PM sofware, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and working outdoors

Schedule

Day shift Monday through Friday.
