Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams.
• Proven sales track record.

• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with smartphones, PM software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable climbing on ladders and working outdoors.

The Sales Manager has total Sales Team responsibility. You will manage and lead a team of 8-20, helping them reach their full potential and meet quarterly and yearly goals; eventually furthering Storm Guard’s commitment to double in size. This role is ideal for someone who is a proven leader, motivated and excited about consultative sales processes.You'll play a critical role in creating and improving sales systems, growing the business in newer markets, creating an engaging sales team, and providing a gold standard in customer service. You can expect to grow professionally and financially in this high-reward role.
