Job summary

Storm Guard Madison is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team of 8–20, guide growth, and own the consultative sales process for the roofing and construction space. You will coach, develop talent, and drive the team to achieve quarterly and yearly goals, while advancing Storm Guard's expansion plans.

You will work with leadership to refine sales systems, expand into new markets, and deliver a gold-standard customer experience through strong team leadership and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring or managing teams.
• Proven sales track record in field sales.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with smartphones, PM software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.

The Sales Manager has total Sales Team responsibility. You will manage and lead a team of 8-20, helping them reach their full potential and meet quarterly and yearly goals; eventually furthering Storm Guard's commitment to double in size. This role is ideal for someone who is a proven leader, motivated and excited about consultative sales processes. You'll play a critical role in creating and improving sales systems, growing the business in newer markets, creating an engaging sales team, and providing a gold standard in customer service. You can expect to grow professionally and financially in this high-reward role.
