Job summary

InsureOne Insurance is hiring in Gilbert, AZ for a Sales Manager to lead the Gilbert location and grow a high-performing team dedicated to white-glove service. The role focuses on expanding new business, coaching staff, and meeting production goals.

The position requires a Property & Casualty license, 2+ years of P&C sales or service experience, and 3+ years of staff management. In-person work at 1496 N Higley Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85234 is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance sales or service experience preferred.
• 3+ years of staff management experience required.
• Experience with multi-carrier quoting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and own the Gilbert location, build a team, establish a strong sales culture, and drive production and growth.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers and advising on products that fit their needs.
• Coach sales team to maintain a high standard of customer care.
• Oversee sales targets by providing business plans and monitoring performance.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and inquiries.
• Drive new business through local marketing, cold calling, and walk-ins to meet goals.
• Execute Branch Operational Excellence (BOE).

Pay Details:

The pay range for the Sales Manager is $50,000 - $110,000+ / year (DOE) Plus performance-based bonuses

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and take ownership of building the Gilbert location, develop a team, establish a strong sales culture, and drive production and growth.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed-upon production and active customer goals. Ability to educate and advise the customer on which products best fit their needs.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets by providing business plans and monitoring the performance of the sales team to ensure the specific portfolios of business performances are met.
• Deals with any escalated customer service issues and questions that may arise
• Increases new business by initiating contact with prospects through local store marketing efforts, community involvement, cold calling (face-to-face and phone), quote calls, and walk-ins to build interest, match needs with products and services, and close the sale to meet the agreed upon production and active customer goals.
• Executes all aspects of Branch Operational Excellence (BOE)

Key Attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Property & Casualty license
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance sales or service experience
• 3+ years of Staff Management experience
• Some Commercial Lines experience or knowledge helpful
• Proven track record of the ability to generate new business sales, or retain existing business, or cross-sell other lines of business
• Background in growing a Branch and building a successful team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well on a team
• Precise verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to deliver a tailored, white-glove experience to all clients
