• Proven success in sales, business development, insurance, financial services, mortgage, real estate, automotive, or another performance-driven field.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward measurable goals.
• Leadership ability and an interest in building and developing a team.
• Strong business judgment and accountability.

• Ability to obtain and maintain required Arizona insurance licenses and company appointments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong retention, cross-sell, and referral strategies.
