Job summary

Oasis Insurance in Monroe, LA is seeking a Store Manager to drive daily sales performance, mentor the team, and build strong relationships with customers. The role offers lucrative compensation with uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

You will lead operations, ensure customer care standards, and mentor staff to achieve targets while maintaining fiduciary integrity. On-site location with a growth-oriented culture and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Two- or four-year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.
• Understanding fiduciary duty and maintaining high integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales teams daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production and active customer goals.
• Coach members of the sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitoring performance.
• Assist with any escalated customer service issues and/or questions that may arise.
• Executes all aspects of Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

The pay range for a Sales Agent is $15.00-$22.00 + / hourly

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives

• - 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
• - Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• - Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
• - Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• - Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
