Job summary

InsureOne is seeking a Sales Manager (Property & Casualty Insurance) in Gilbert, AZ to supervise the new Gilbert location, build a high-performing sales team, and drive growth while delivering a white-glove customer experience.

Responsibilities include expanding client relationships, coaching staff, meeting production targets, handling escalations, and pursuing new business through community engagement and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• 2+ years of Property & Casualty Insurance sales or service experience.
• 3+ years of Staff Management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and own the Gilbert location, build a team and drive growth.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach sales team to deliver consistent customer care.
• Oversee sales targets with business plans and performance monitoring.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and inquiries.
• Drive new business via local marketing, cold calls, and walk-ins.
