Mossy Nissan Oceanside/Infiniti of Oceanside is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing vehicle sales team in California. You will drive volume and profitability while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a guaranteed base pay of $5,720 per month plus commissions, with average annual earnings between $160,000 and $260,000. A strong automotive background and a proven ability to recruit, train and motivate staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership sales and management qualities.
• Ability to motivate and train an effective sales team.
• Valid CA Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and schedule a trained and productive staff capable of achieving or exceeding sales, profit and client satisfaction goals.
• Be a leader and provide focus for your Sales team.
• Lead, direct and motivate sales staff to achieve or exceed individual and group performance goals.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network.
• Continually monitor practices for compliance with policies and respond to noncompliance.
• Facilitate regular sales training for team growth.
• Establish monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses and operating profit.

Employees in this position will be paid a minimum compensation of $5,720.00 per month, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $160,000 to $260,000.
