Mossy Nissan Oceanside/Infiniti of Oceanside is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive vehicle and product sales to meet volume and profitability goals. The role emphasizes integrity, customer satisfaction and a hands-on leadership style.

Compensation starts at a minimum of $5,720 per month plus commissions; average annual earnings are projected between $160,000 and $260,000, reflecting performance-based incentives and a guaranteed base pay structure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, employ, develop and schedule a trained, productive staff to meet sales, profit and client-satisfaction goals.
• Be a leader and provide focus for the Sales team.
• Lead, direct and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and group targets.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network.
• Monitor compliance with policies; respond to noncompliance and assist in closing deals.
• Facilitate regular sales training for team growth.
• Set monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses and operating profit.

Employees in this position will be paid a minimum compensation of $5,720.00 per month, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $160,000 to $260,000.
