You will provide hands-on coaching for consultations, presentations, objection handling, and closing techniques, while monitoring performance and refining strategies to boost close rates.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home sales professionals to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
• Provide hands-on coaching to improve in-home consultations, sales presentations, objection handling, and closing techniques.
• Review sales performance and activity to identify opportunities for improvement and increase close rates.
• Follow up with homeowners who do not purchase during their initial consultation to help convert opportunities into sales.
• Develop sales strategies and action plans to improve team performance and maximize revenue.
• Recruit, interview, and train sales representatives as needed.
• Monitor team performance against sales targets and provide ongoing feedback and development.
• Remain actively involved in the day-to-day sales process, leading by example and helping the team close business.
• Partner with internal teams to support sales operations and overall business growth.
