Responsibilities

• Assistance in order entry and coordination with warehouse and transportation as needed.
• Daily oversight of order details including portal management.
• Updating of product and weekly/annual sales summary.
• Provide phone support for sales.
• Assist in logistical and transportation support for orders and transfers between warehouses.
• Assist in purchase order creation and detail, transportation, charges.
• Coordinates BOL and passing information with accounting.
• Assist in all aspects of the order cycle from entry, shipment and arrival.
• Runs Famous reports, summarizes and creates Excel spreadsheet for visual aids.
