One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Ramsey, MN is hiring a Sales Lead Coordinator for HVAC, plumbing & electrical. You’ll be the key link between customers and our sales team, managing inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with prospects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination (home services experience preferred).
• Strong communication and phone skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and online inquiries.
• Communicate with field staff on availability.
• Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments.
• Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales teams.
• Track leads and update CRM system.
• Maintain excellent customer communication.
• Set up sold jobs from start to finish.
• Pull permits.
• Create POs for vendor purchases.
• Assist in financing options.
