Russ Darrow Group in Waukesha, WI is seeking motivated Sales Associates to greet customers, identify the vehicle that best fits their needs, and guide them through our proven sales process.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry welcome — training provided.
• Energetic, outgoing and customer-focused individuals motivated to succeed.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, solid work ethic and professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation during test drives.
• Guide customers through a proven sales process designed to close deals.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers and build your personal book of business.

With excellent training, ongoing support from our Management Team, and asone of the most aggressive pay plans in Wisconsin — paying on both front and back end gross — the Russ Darrow Group offers a sales environment where your effort truly pays off.
