Job summary

Equifax, Inc. seeks a Learning & Development Manager for the USIS University Team in a hybrid Atlanta role. This hands-on leader will own strategy, content creation, and program delivery with one direct report, reporting to the Sr.

Director of Talent Development in HR. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, HR, and Global Learning to build learning roadmaps, govern content, and leverage external vendors and data analytics to raise sales capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in learning & development in a corporate setting (sales experience preferred).
• 1+ year of leadership/people management.
• Proven success managing external vendor relationships and budgets.
• Experience with instructional design tools and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales University training strategy and roadmap for USIS.
• Mentor and develop an Instructional Designer and manage delivery quality.
• Oversee vendor relationship, contracts, and budget with a focus on ROI.
• Govern instructional design standards, brand consistency, and learner experience.
• Manage LMS governance, projects in Smartsheet, and data-driven learning analytics.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions as needed in-person or virtually.
