Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Learning Content Consultant in St. Louis to lead learning architecture and content governance across Workforce Solutions. You will design comprehensive content architectures, develop engaging eLearning modules, and measure program impact to drive business results.

You’ll collaborate with Global Talent Management, HRBPs, and leaders to ensure adoption of new skills and alignment with organizational goals. Occasional live or virtual facilitation is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Learning and Development experience in a large global or multinational company.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Deep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and multiple learning technologies.
• Expertise in content strategy and learning measurement including LMS and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
• Design learning content architectures including instructional text, eLearning modules, blended structures, and microlearning resources.
• Lead the development and implementation of learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Occasional facilitation and delivery of learning experiences (10-15% of the role).
