Job summary

Socure is hiring a Learning & Development Program Manager to design and scale capability-building, growth, leadership development, and onboarding across the organization. You will own five pillars—from enterprise-wide learning to internal mobility and HiPo programming—driving measurable impact with an AI-informed approach.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development with program-building experience.
• Mastery of instructional design and learning theory; translate adult learning into scalable programs.
• Exceptional program management skills; handle multiple builds and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-wide learning programs from scratch — power/professional skills, enablement, blended learning.
• Own design of careers philosophy and internal mobility; partner on internal mobility programming.
• Redesign and own HiPo program end-to-end: criteria, cohorts, development plans.
• Develop leadership programs; manage Leadership Competency Awards end to end.
• Redesign onboarding program — onboarding academy from new-hire to role-based tracks.
• Manage multiple concurrent program builds from concept to scale with timelines/budget.
• Collaborate with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, business leaders.
• Build dashboards showing completion, mastery, ramp time, promotions and mobility.
• Own and evolve learning technology stack, evaluate new tools including AI.
