Job summary

Yoursummitinsurance in Missouri is seeking a Trainer - Sales and Leadership Representative to energize our sales force and drive growth. You will blend hands-on selling with leadership coaching, shaping how our agents present our supplemental insurance products to clients.

This role rewards a natural leader who can train, motivate, and build strong relationships with decision makers. You will travel within your territory, deliver virtual classroom and field training, and contribute to a culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 10+ years professional experience.
Licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain license).
Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses in your territory.
Build strong professional relationships and establish trust with customers.
Identify key decision makers and present our supplemental benefits programs to employees in group presentations or enrollment settings.
Report daily sales stats and weekly goals to the team leader.
Attend business networking events to generate new leads and referrals.
Re-service existing client accounts periodically and systematically.
Enter business client information weekly into CRM.
