Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. invites driven individuals to join the Sales and Leadership Training (SaLT) Program in Georgia. This full-time program runs 12 weeks with rotations across divisions, blending in-person and computer-based training to build sales and leadership fundamentals.

You will shadow teams, learn on the job, and rotate through departments, preparing for a future leadership role. Upon completion, you transition to a home-base assignment as a SaLT Alumni and pursue a long, rewarding career.

Qualifications

• College degree or related equivalent experience.
• Long-term interest in future sales and leadership opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience.

Responsibilities

• Join SaLT program as a Sales and Leadership Trainee.
• Rotate through business divisions with in-person and computer-based training.
• Engage in job shadowing and rotational assignments across departments.
• Travel periodically to the Austell, GA location for program meetings and trainings.
• Transition to full-time in the home base assignment after completion.
