Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking candidates for its Sales and Leadership Trainee program for Spring 2027.

This entry-level, on-site opportunity is designed to build sales and operational capabilities through a 12-week rotation-based training plan and interactive classroom sessions. You will gain hands-on experience across business divisions, participate in job shadowing, and be assigned a home base after completion.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales and Leadership Trainee program across rotations.

• Connect with teammates at all levels to understand roles and responsibilities.
