Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is launching its Sales and Leadership Trainee program (SaLT) for Spring 2027. This entry-level role offers a 12-week rotation-based training to build sales and leadership skills across divisions, with hands-on learning, shadowing, and classroom sessions.

Participants will be assigned a home base, connect with colleagues at all levels, and transition to a full-time role after program completion, paving a long-term career path in our Caterpillar dealership network.

Qualifications

• College degree or related equivalent experience.
• Long‑term interest in future sales and leadership opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience.
• Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to business concerns.
• High energy and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to effectively communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone, in person and through technology.
• Ability to work in a team setting and individually.

Responsibilities

• Join a rotation-based 12-week Sales and Leadership Training Program across multiple divisions.
• Develop sales and leadership capabilities through hands-on learning and shadowing.
• Attend interactive classroom sessions and leadership development activities.
• Support travel to Austell, GA for program meetings, trainings, and site visits.
