Yancey Bros. Co. is launching its Sales and Leadership Trainee (SaLT) program in Georgia. This entry-level role combines hands-on experience across multiple divisions with structured in-person and computer-based training focused on sales and leadership fundamentals.

You will shadow, learn on-the-job, and rotate through departments, building skills and professional network. The program includes a home base assignment upon completion and a pathway to leadership roles.

Qualifications

• College degree or related equivalent experience.
• Long-term interest in sales and leadership opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the SaLT program and rotations across divisions.
• Travel to Austell, GA for program meetings and trainings as needed.
• Transition to a full-time home-base assignment after program completion.
