Yancey Bros. Co. in Macon, GA is launching its Sales and Leadership Trainee program for Spring 2027. This entry-level role introduces you to sales, customer service, and leadership fundamentals through a 12-week rotation across our business divisions.

You’ll gain hands-on experience, attend classroom sessions, and participate in leadership development activities before transitioning to a full-time home-base assignment as a SaLT Alumni. Travel to Austell meetings may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree or related equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• High energy and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Experience in sales, retail, management, or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Join the SaLT program and rotate through divisions to build sales and leadership skills.
• Participate in job shadowing, on-the-job learning, and classroom sessions.
• Travel to Austell, GA for program meetings, trainings, and site visits.
• Transition to a full-time home-base assignment after completion.
