Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is launching its Sales and Leadership Training (SaLT) Program, a dynamic, full-time entry-level path designed to build sales and leadership capabilities.

The 12-week rotation-based training blends in-person and computer-based learning across multiple divisions, with job shadowing and leadership development. You’ll start with a home base assignment and connect with team members at all levels, traveling periodically to the Austell, GA location for program meetings,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in prior work/volunteer experience.
• Ability to use judgment and creativity in applying solutions to business concerns.
• High energy and strong work ethic required.
• Ability to effectively communicate sales, parts, and service solutions over telephone, in person and through technology.
• Ability to work in a team setting and individually.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week rotation-based SaLT program across divisions.
• Gain hands-on experience through structured training, shadowing, and on-the-job learning.
• Travel to Austell, GA for program meetings and site visits.
• Upon completion, transition to a home base assignment as a SaLT Alumni.
