Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. in Columbus, GA is seeking a Sales and Leadership Trainee for Spring 2027 to begin a dynamic, 12-week rotation-based SaLT program designed to develop sales and leadership capabilities across multiple departments.

You will gain hands-on experience, participate in shadowing and classroom sessions, travel to Austell for meetings, and, upon successful completion, transition into a full-time home-base assignment as a SaLT Alumni.

Qualifications

• College degree or related equivalent experience.
• Long-term interest in future sales and leadership opportunities with Yancey Bros. Co. is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, retail, management, or customer service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Join a 12-week rotation-based SaLT program to build sales and leadership skills.
• Gain hands-on experience across business divisions via in-person and computer-based training.
• Participate in job shadowing, on-the-job learning, and rotational assignments.
• Upon program completion, transition to a full-time home-base assignment as a SaLT Alumni.
