Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Grand Strand market, covering Myrtle Beach area and nearby communities. As a Management Trainee, you will learn our business from day one, support customers, and develop into a branch leader through mentorship and hands-on training.

You will gain experience in sales, customer service, finance, and operations while advancing a career with clear progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in our Management Training program starting day one.
• Serve as face of Enterprise to customers and partners; support branch operations.
• Work toward running your own branch; build business and develop your team.
