Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training program located in Spartanburg, SC. You will begin learning the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and gaining hands-on experience in operations.

The program is designed to develop you to eventually manage your own location, with training in sales, marketing, finance and operations and a culture focused on customer-first service and career progression.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while supporting branch operations.
• Aim to eventually run your own branch, grow new business and develop your team.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations with a culture of putting customers first.
