Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Greenwood, SC is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn our business from day one at a neighborhood branch and be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while preparing to run your own location.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and opportunities to develop in sales, customer service, operations, and leadership, with a clear path from trainee to branch manager in a growth‑oriented, promotions‑from‑within culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Join the Management Training program and learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operations expertise.
• Progress toward managing your own branch, developing new business, and building a team.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations with a customer‑first culture.
