Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Greenville is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll begin learning the business from day one, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while rotating through sales, operations, and finance.

The program offers mentoring, a structured path to leadership, a benefits package including health/dental/vision, 12 days of paid time off, and a 1st year target compensation of $52,000 with potential bonuses, plus a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
