Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Florence, SC is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start day one as the face of the branch to customers and partners while learning operations, sales, and service to eventually run your own location.

The program emphasizes mentoring, hands-on learning, and advancement from within. A Bachelor's degree and customer-facing experience are required, with a clean driving record; relocation not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year sales, customer service, or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Support branch operations, sales initiatives, and service delivery.
• Learn and apply processes to potentially manage a future Enterprise branch.
