Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Mobile. You’ll start learning the business from day one, serving customers and partners while developing the skills to run your own branch.

Training includes mentoring across sales, service, finance, and operations, with a culture of promotion from within and clear opportunities for advancement across branches in Alabama and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student, actively enrolled within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service, or Leadership, or related areas.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the Enterprise business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work toward running your own branch and building a team over time.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and hands-on learning in sales, service, finance, and operations.
