Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the Charleston Metro area. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with opportunities across Charleston, North Charleston, Mount Pleasant and surrounding Lowcountry communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• In the structured program, you will master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
