Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate start in our Management Training Program in the Grand Strand market, with opportunities to place at multiple nearby branches in Myrtle Beach and surrounding communities. The MT role blends customer service, sales, and operations training to prepare you to manage a branch.

Expect mentorship, hands-on learning, and a clear path to leadership within a culture of promotion from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited college or university required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must not have any drug or alcohol related conviction on MVR in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master knowledge to run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring in a hands-on learning environment.
• Build community relationships to grow the business.
