Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Sales to lead Outside Sales Representatives and drive profitable growth. You will partner with Branch, District, and Regional leadership to develop sales strategies, manage budgets, and execute campaigns in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.

The ideal candidate brings sales leadership experience, strong relationship management skills, and solid business acumen to develop high-performing teams and achieve annual sales and margin objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales leadership experience preferred.
• Operational experience in building materials, construction, distribution, or related industry.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop sales professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives to drive profitable growth and meet budgets.
• Collaborate with leadership to design budgets, pricing strategies, and territory plans.
• Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and promote high performance and teamwork.
• Support reps in building key accounts and expanding customer relationships.
• Lead field execution of sales campaigns, product launches, and initiatives.
• Communicate with Branch, Regional, and Executive Leadership to align goals.
• Develop market intelligence through associations, events, and vendor relationships.
