American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Springfield, MO.

You will drive KPI results by leading LOD shifts, maximize guest satisfaction, and maintain daily store operations with a focus on people development and adherence to AE Brand Standards. You will recruit, coach, and motivate associates, celebrate wins, and ensure a Guest First culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values and uphold service standards.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
