Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead strong Leader on Duty shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will drive daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and uphold our brand standards with energy and integrity.

You will champion guest service, coach staff toward KPI goals, and collaborate with leadership to maximize sales opportunities while representing our REAL self and values every day.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience leading store teams.
• Strong communication and KPI focus.
• Ability to train and motivate associates to deliver service standards.
• Willingness to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Lead on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and lead the team through AEO's values, coaching for service standards on the floor.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to meet business needs and maintain staffing levels.
• Provide real-time performance feedback and celebrate outstanding results to boost engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational tasks, including merchandising and shipment processing to keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
