Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to partner with the Store Leadership Team and drive exceptional guest experiences while hitting KPIs.

You lead by example on the Salesfloor and Fitting Room, recruit and train associates, and inspire the team to deliver AEO's service standards. You ensure daily operations run smoothly and uphold safety and Asset Protection guidelines. This role requires flexibility to work busy shifts and a passion for our AE and Aerie brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team in a retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to train and coach associates to standards of service.
• Strong focus on guest experience and driving sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Train, motivate and celebrate associates to support a Guest First culture.
