Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Ohio is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by conducting Leader on Duty shifts and delivering a stellar guest experience. You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates while driving sales and upholding AE Brand Standards in-store.

You will recruit and develop talent, set clear goals, and provide real-time coaching to maximize KPI results. You’ll also lead daily visual and operational processes to ensure guest-ready fitting

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity.

• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to the team.
• Execute visual and operational standards, including shipment processing.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards.
