Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate the team, upholding AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to ensure staff coverage meets business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback and real-time coaching to staff.
• Execute visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards in line with policies.
