Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Beachwood, OH is hiring a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock LOD shifts, drive guest experience, train and motivate associates, and push strong sales results every day.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll develop talent, manage daily operations, ensure safety and brand standards, and foster a Guest First culture while hitting KPI targets and leading by example on the Salesfloor and in the fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail management.
• Strong focus on KPIs and guest experience.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Flexible availability to match store hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through brand values and service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent and develop associates to provide outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching.
• Execute daily visual and operational standards including shipment processing and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, adhere to policies.
