Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring a Share Sales Manager for Fraud Prevention to lead a specialist sales team focused on accelerating global growth of the Fraud Defense (reCAPTCHA) portfolio across enterprise accounts. Build a high-performance culture, develop pipelines, and drive long-term customer success.

You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to articulate use cases, nurture executive relationships, and navigate complex sales cycles from lead to close in a fast-paced cloud

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle (e.g., pipeline management).
• 5 years of experience leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields.
• Experience planning, pitching, and executing business and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a high-performing security business team and team culture with a focus on future talent.
• Manage the team’s development and drive pipeline, managing business cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term direction, acting as an advisor to the team and accounts.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Platform, Channels, and Product and Engineering teams to understand customers and provide prospect and customer experience.
• Represent the team in regional forecasts and team meetings, ensuring accurate forecasting and business performance.
