ADP, a global provider of cloud-based human capital management solutions, is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a field-based team selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits to new and existing clients.

In this role you will recruit, hire, train and develop sales associates, guide the team to meet sales objectives, and represent ADP at trade shows and client sites. This role offers growth, competitive compensation, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Relationship builder who can motivate and coach a team.
• Excellent planning and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and achieve goals within assigned geography.
• Lead and motivate the sales team in the territory; ensure Salesforce adoption and audit procedures.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates; provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public; stay current on ADP product technology.
