Bloomingdale's is seeking a Store Leader to drive customer experience and sales performance in our Massachusetts stores. As a Business Sales Manager, you will inspire teams, coach selling behaviors, and ensure operational excellence across merchandising, fulfillment, and client outreach.

You will recruit, onboard and develop direct reports, manage multi-million dollar store segments, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while delivering an outstanding customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and 3-5 years direct experience required.
• Effective communication with customers and partners.
• Ability to plan and execute strategies.
• Ability to monitor workflow to achieve priorities.
• Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observe, coach and role model customer-centric selling behaviors.
• Champion use of selling technology to support customer experience.
• Lead relationship selling, building a client book and driving outreach.
• Support total store priorities and be an engaged leader.
• Lead merchandising with VM/Merchandise Manager for overall direction.
• Ensure restocking, floor moves, and signing are completed.
• Oversee fulfillment process, track metrics to optimize fill rate.
