Candidates should have 3–5+ years of sales success, a hunter mentality, excellent communication, and strong negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM and MS Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and marketing.
• Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Conduct community and model home tours for prospective buyers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with follow-up.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to increase traffic and leads.
• Prepare contracts, purchase agreements, and sales disclosures.
• Coordinate inspections, move-ins, and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain customer data and sales activity in company systems.
• Partner with leadership to grow occupancy and home sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
