Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to drive growth and accountability.
• Own pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline with executive visibility.
• Develop growth strategies, identify priority accounts, and manage partner relations.
• Participate in key customer meetings and strategic account reviews.
• Coach on prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and closing activities.
