Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Sales Leader to drive ambitious goals in gross sales, margin, and market share within a designated geographic territory. You will mentor and coach Account Managers, deploying local sales plans and consumer programs to spur growth.

Expect to guide development and execution of district strategies, foster key industry relationships, and lead teams using Sales Excellence tools to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Business Development or related field.
• Experience in developing and executing distribution and marketing plans and programs.
• 5+ years of sales and leadership experience.
• Driver License valid in state with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the sales process via development and execution of coordinated local sales plans and programs.
• Utilize tools to drive individual and team performance to meet sales goals.
• Mentor and coach Account Manager group for ongoing development.
• Establish and monitor implementation plans for key objectives through coaching.
• Develop district business plans with leadership and management teams.
• Build key industry relationships within local markets.
