Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, drive KPI results, and ensure an exceptional guest experience through coaching, training, and compliant store operations.

You will recruit and develop associates, maintain visual standards, and uphold safety and loss-prevention practices while modeling the AEO guest-first culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and store operations.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop associates to meet service standards.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including peak times and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and develop associates; model AEO service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to policies.
