Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with strong customer service.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular movement throughout store and ability to lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and drive store objectives and metrics.
• Build customer, team, and community relationships; assist with clienteling and events.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers to provide personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle inquiries professionally.
• Improve selling behaviors and metrics via leadership and onboarding support.
• Leverage selling tools and digital devices for omnichannel experiences.
• Maintain policy knowledge and communicate promotions and store events.
• Foster engagement and a positive store culture, celebrating team successes.
• Maintain visual merchandising and cleanliness per brand standards.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection within omni/operations processes.
