Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers to create welcoming shopping experiences.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support onboarding, mentoring, and teaching opportunities to improve selling behaviors.
• Lead by example and communicate daily goals to improve KPI performance.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, signage, fitting rooms, and store cleanliness.
• Support omni-channel selling and in-store operations while ensuring product protection and safety policies.
